Alayha Jacobs

Alayha Inez Jacobs, age 4, of Bristol, Florida passed away Thursday, May 23, 2013. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Donald Eugene Jacobs. Survivors include her mother, Donna Jean Jacobs and sister, Brianna Nicole Jacobs; her grandmother, Martha Jane Jacobs; her Aunt Lisa Armstong and Uncle Kenney; cousins, Cody and Casey Chepa; and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. ET, Thursday, May 30 at Lake Mystic Baptist Church with Reverend Jerry Chumley and Reverend Coy Collins officiating. Interment will follow in Lake Mystic Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. E.T., Wednesday, May 29 at Adams Funeral Home in Blountstown, Florida.
