David Arthur Rookey, Jr., age 84, of Blountstown, Florida passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013 in Panama City, Florida. He was born in Oswego, New York, July 23, 1928, to the late David Arthur, Sr. and Hazel (Eaton) Rookey. He was a restaurant equipment technician. He is survived by a son, Rodger K. Rookey of Pensacola, Florida; two daughters, Sharon A. Wellman of Mountain Home, Idaho and Deborah Jean Engel of Blountstown. Memorialization will be by cremation.
