Joseph Donald Kelsey, 66 of Blountstown, passed away Monday, January 1, 2024, in Tallahassee. Joseph was born November 18, 1957, in Madrid Spain to the late Joe and Nellie Ruth Kelsey. He was a project engineer for SMS.
Survivors include his wife, Debra Kelsey; his stepsons, Harry Patrick, David and Clyde Downs; his brother, Johnny Kelsey and his sister, Becky Bryant.
A memorial to honor Joseph’s life will be held at a later date. Adams Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Online condolences may be made at adamsfh.com 850-674-5449
