June Belanger

June Belanger, 86 of Marianna, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023, at her home. June was born June 7, 1937, in Altha, Florida to the late Amaziah and Martha Waldroff and had worked as a secretary for River Valley Health and Rehabilitation for many years until her retirement. June was a huge Elvis fan and especially enjoyed his gospel music. She was also a poet writing many poems and even having one published.

June is preceded in death by her husband Felix Belanger, Jr. in 1996.

Survivors include her sons, Caig Belanger and his wife Lauren, Ricky Belanger and his wife Barry, Ronnie Belanger and his wife Sherry and Philip Belanger and his wife Ruth.

Her daughters, Robin Miller and her husband James and Hope Smith and her husband Brian; nineteen grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.

Services to celebrate June’s life will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday November 2, 2023, at Adams Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend John Miles officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
