Marion Pierce

Marion Cleveland Pierce better known as "Peanut Man", age 81, of Hosford, passed away Monday, September 20, 2010 in Blountstown. He was a retired security officer and was of the holiness faith. He loved to dance and was an avid outdoorsman. He is survived by a beloved longtime companion, Hazel Marshall "Peanut Lady" and family; two sons, Donald. F. Pierce and his wife, Pam of Chattahoochee, Florida and Derald Pierce and his wife, Debbie of Opelousas, Louisiana; a daughter, Lynette Hostetter and her husband, James of Quincy, Florida; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a brother, Edward Pierce of Canada. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. ET, Wednesday, September 23 at Kent Cemetery in Hosford. The family will receive friends 7:00-8:00 p.m. ET, Tuesday at Adams Funeral Home in Bristol.
