Mary Sue Dolin, a devoted homemaker born on August 12, 1933, in Jasper, Alabama, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2026, in Altha, Florida. She was a cherished mother, sister, and grandmother whose warmth and dedication to her family left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Mary was born to William and Annie Mae Williams and was raised alongside her siblings, William Thomas Williams and Sandra Jo Williams, both of whom preceded her in death. Her early life in Alabama laid the foundation for a life characterized by love, commitment, and the importance of family.
Throughout her life, Mary Sue embraced the role of homemaker with grace and devotion. She found immense joy and fulfillment in nurturing her household and creating a warm, welcoming environment for her loved ones. Above all, Mary loved spending time with family, a passion that remained at the heart of her life’s purpose.
She was married to Parry Dolin, who passed away before her, and together they built a family that remains her enduring legacy. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Wilks, and her sons, James Dolin, William Dolin, and Stephen Dolin. She also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren as well as her two sisters, Shirley Crosswhite and Patricia Shirey. Mary's kindness, her gentle spirit, and the countless moments she shared in laughter and support will always be remembered.
Mary will be interred in Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola at a later date.
