Norman Richard "Ricky" Walters, III of Blountstown, Florida passed away Monday, October 8, 2012 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Blountstown and Ricky was a Marine who served in the Vietnam conflict. He is survived by his daughter, Jenna W. Girdler of Marianna, Florida; three grandchildren, Ashton, Alexandra, and Christopher Girdler; and two great-grandchildren, Kamea Girdler and Kanaia Neal. Memorialization was by cremation.
