Ronald Dale Dixon

Ronald Dale Dixon, born October 29, 1968, in Plant City, Florida, passed away on August 20, 2026.

Ronald will be remembered as a hardworking and very generous man who lived with a “Work Hard, Play Harder” mentality. He was the kind of person who would give anyone the shirt off his back, and that spirit of generosity left a lasting impression on those who knew and loved him.

He found joy in simple, meaningful moments and especially loved spending time outdoors. Fishing with his son Ronnie and with family was one of his greatest pleasures. He loved camping, enjoyed karaoke, and was known for building a fire almost every day, creating the kind of gathering place where stories were shared and memories were made. He also loved having a “hot beer,” a small detail that those close to him will remember with a smile.

Above all, Ronald treasured his family. He is survived by his wife, Lawanda Dixon; his son, Ronnie Dixon and his wife, Amber; and his grandchildren, Olan and Evan Dixon, and many other cherished family members. The love he shared with them was a central part of his life, and his memory will continue to live on through the family who knew him best and loved him deeply.

Ronald was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Ann Gschwender; his father, Ronald Dale Dixon; and his sister, Sherry Ann Dixon.

Ronald will be remembered with love for his generous heart, his strong work ethic, and the warmth he brought to everyday life. His presence will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
