She was born on March 16, 1941, in Apalachicola, Florida, and peacefully passed away on July 18, 2025, in Panama City, Florida. Maxine's impact on her community was profound, as she was well-known and loved by many.

Throughout her life, Maxine dedicated countless moments to her family and friends, consistently prioritizing the bonds that brought them together. She readily opened her heart and home, fostering an environment where laughter and joy thrived. At the center of her life were her children: sons Miles Creamer and Buck Creamer, along with Buck's wife, Melissa; daughters Gail Capps and her husband Jonathan, and Cynthia Creamer. She took immense pride in her family, cherishing every moment spent with them, especially those shared with her grandchildren Trulee, Abigail, Annalyse, Grace, Gabrielle, and Valentino, as well as her great-grandchildren Elisha, Sophia, and Luke.

Maxine is preceded in death by her parents, William and Georgine Polous, her beloved husband George Creamer, her brothers Jerry and Sonny Polous, and her sisters Virginia Todd, Faye Sharit, and Janie Polous. Each of these individuals played a significant role in her life, shaping the person she became and inspiring her to be the wonderful mother, sister, and friend she was known to be.

A graveside service will be held in her honor on July 20, 2025, at Eastpoint Cemetery, located in Eastpoint, Florida. The service will begin at 2:00 PM, concluding at 3:00 PM, where family and friends will gather to celebrate her life and share their fond memories of this extraordinary woman.

Maxine leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and warmth that will be cherished by her family and community for generations to come. She will truly be missed.
