Wendy Burch

Wendy Deann Burch, age 41, of Bristol, Florida passed away Thursday, August 22, 2013 in Tallahassee, Florida. Wendy was born in Charleston, South Carolina but lived most of her life in Liberty County. She was a homemaker, wife, and mother who thoroughly enjoyed being around her grandchildren and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Clevie Lee Burch of Bristol; two daughters, Desirae Johnson and Disnee Ward, also of Bristol; five grandchildren, Caleb Johnson, Madison Barber, Drayden, Peyton, and Ryan Ward; four step-grandchildren, Brandon, Emma, Jordyn, and Sarah Ward; her parents, Ricky and Laura Spikes of Hosford, Florida; three brothers, Brian Spikes of Hosford, Tim Hicks of Alabama, and Roger Hicks of Colorado. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. CDT, Saturday, August 24 at Adams Funeral Home in Blountstown. A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. EDT, Sunday, August 24 in Hosford Cemetery in Hosford, Florida with Kyle Peddie officiating. Interment will follow.
