William Edmond Malone

William Edmund Malone of Blountstown passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020 in Panama City. William was born in Atlanta, Georgia, April 11, 1931 to the late William W. Malone and Mary Donahue Malone. He was a retired iron worker and member of 704 Iron Workers Association Tennessee Valley Authority. He was a member of Rivertown Community Church and enjoyed working with the church on projects. He also enjoyed daily bicycle rides with special friends, Carlton Van Lierop and David Pitts. Survivors include his wife Janice Malone of Blountstown; his stepdaughter, Monica Purvis and her husband Gary Wayne of Blountstown; a sister, Anna Albert and husband Ray of Chicago, Illinois and his grandchildren, Brandon Purvis and his wife Mallory and Colton Purvis and his fiancé Hannah Sansom as well as many nieces and nephews. Services will be held in Hixson, Tennessee at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your favorite charity or RCC Special Fund 19359 Hwy 71 S Blountstown, FL 32424.
